**Shipping Policy**

**Cash on Delivery (COD)**
For COD orders, we require an advance payment of 20% of the order total to confirm your purchase. This amount will be deducted from your final bill upon delivery. **Domestic Shipping (India)**
We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options for orders within India. For orders below INR 50, a shipping fee of INR 100 will be charged. Free shipping is not available, and shipping insurance is added as per the value and type of the product.

Domestic shipping typically takes 5 to 7 days for most locations, with deliveries in more distant areas taking between 5 to 13 days, depending on the region.

**International Shipping**
We provide **Free Express International Shipping** on orders above INR 2,00,000 (approximately USD 2890 as of 17-September-2017). International deliveries typically take 7 to 15 days.

For orders below INR 2,00,000, the following shipping fees will apply:

– For orders below INR 40,000 (approximately USD 580), shipping fees of INR 2100 (approximately USD 32) will be charged for EMS shipping.
– For orders above INR 40,000, express shipping costs INR 4200 (approximately USD 60), while EMS shipping remains INR 4200.

If EMS shipping is unavailable in your country, we will ship via other reputed international couriers like UPS, FedEx, and Sequel. Shipping fees will be INR 3100 for orders below INR 40,000, and INR 4200 for orders above this value.

**Delivery Times**
– For domestic metro cities in India, deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 days from dispatch.
– Non-metro cities may take 2 to 7 days.
– International deliveries through express shipping take 7 to 15 days, while postal shipments may take 10 to 22 days, depending on the country.

**Shipment Tracking**
All shipments are trackable. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

**Safety and Insurance**
We take utmost care in packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your order. All our shipments are packed in tamper-evident, durable packaging. Shipping insurance is automatically applied to all orders.

**Customs and Duties**
For international orders, New Majumder Jewellers is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, or any other applicable taxes. These vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for details. In the case of returns or cancellations after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for any customs fees and taxes.
